Mindbody Payments is built in with no monthly, setup or contract fees, but the percentage rate is not published; Mindbody says a percentage plus a fixed $0.10 to $0.30 per transaction applies in North America and the rate depends on the plan you pick.
Text reminders
Automated reminders and confirmations are listed as part of Starter. Mindbody's own pricing posts do not state a monthly text limit; SMS/email marketing campaigns are an Ultimate feature or a paid add-on.
Deposits and no-shows
Integrated payments and fee tools are included; Mindbody's help center documents creating and charging cancellation-type fees. Exact deposit/no-show behaviour per plan was not confirmed on official pricing pages.
Marketplace commission

Main pricing page shows plan names and features only with 'Let's talk' buttons. The $79/month Starter price and the 20%/$30 marketplace fee come from Mindbody's own blog post dated 2026-10-02. Processing percentages, trial availability, annual pricing, SMS caps and add-on prices were not published. A search snippet mentioned a 3,000 transactional SMS/month cap on Starter but it could not be confirmed on an official Mindbody page (Booker's pricing page lists 3,000 texts for its Starter), so it is not recorded here.
