Card processing
Payments go straight into your own Stripe or PayPal account; Calendly does not hold the money. Calendly's own pages say it adds no fee of its own; Stripe/PayPal standard fees apply.

Text reminders
Text reminders via Workflows on paid plans only (Standard and up). Calendly caps how many texts an org can send but does not publish a per-message price. Texts max 180 characters; invitees must opt in; not delivered to Singapore, Russia or Iran.
Deposits and no-shows
Paid plans can require full payment at booking via Stripe/PayPal, sell prepaid packages and set a cancellation policy. No documented deposit-only or card-on-file no-show charge.
Marketplace commission
None found on the vendor's pages.
The catches
- Pricing page defaults to annual billing; month-to-month is $12 (Standard) / $20 (Teams) per seat
- Free plan has no payments and no reminders
- Round-robin and routing forms need Teams
- AI notetaker and email assistant are only in the pricier Plus versions ($24 and $32 per seat monthly)
- Enterprise starts at $15k/year with a 50-seat minimum
- SAML SSO is a paid add-on on Teams
What I couldn't confirm
Monthly and annual prices read from the pricing page's embedded price data. No published SMS per-message cost or SMS cap figure. Calendly does not document deposits or card-on-file no-show fees.
