Microsoft's pricing pages show only annual-commitment prices; month-to-month prices are not displayed, so monthly_price_usd is null. Payment and deposit support not documented. Enterprise/education plans (E1/E3/E5, A3/A5, F1/F3) also include Bookings but are not small-business plans and were not priced.
