Card processing
Boulevard is its own payment facilitator (Boulevard Payments). Pricing page says card processing starts at 2.65%, without splitting online vs in-person or stating a per-transaction cents fee. Optional Boulevard Offset: clients paying by card are charged a 3% fee on the subtotal and Boulevard charges 4% on the total, leaving the business roughly 1%. Affirm/Klarna: 6% + 30¢. Instant payouts: extra 1.75%.
Text reminders
Text reminders on all plans. Free two-way texts per month: 250 on Essentials and Premier, 2,500 on Prestige; texts beyond that are pay-per-use at an unpublished rate.
Deposits and no-shows
Booking deposits (card required, % of service) and card on file on all plans; customizable cancellation/no-show fees, default up to 100% within 24 hours.
